Agreement to Terms

User Conduct and Orders

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any order confirmation details. All orders are offers to purchase products, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall "look and feel," is the property of YsgrifAwen or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The YsgrifAwen name and logo, and all related product and service names, are proprietary trademarks. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing our name or trademarks without our express written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by YsgrifAwen.

Limitation of Liability

YsgrifAwen and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Site or the products, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Site and products shall not exceed the total amount you paid to YsgrifAwen for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The products are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Refund & Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable period.

Please note: Personalized, custom-made, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective. Digital downloads, if offered, are non-refundable.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YsgrifAwen is legally established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
