At YsgrifAwen, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returns and refunds for our products, including Notebooks & Journals, Pens & Writing Instruments, and Folders & Organizers.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact and included.
- You must initiate the return request within 30 calendar days from the date you received the item.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Please note that personalized, customized, or clearance items are final sale and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for a refund:
- Products that have been used, written in, or show signs of wear.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care.
- Personalized or monogrammed goods (unless faulty).
- Opened packaging for pens or ink cartridges, for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any standard shipping costs. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging to [email protected].
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Refund Details
- Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
